[RVR00225] Au Rouge by The Bare
THE BARE, solo project from Namur, Belgique. Making music since 1997. Long interruption, dedicated to visual arts. Restart making experimental music in 2007 under different names (MBUF, CUM, Protubérance Osseuse, TempleOfTheBear, ...). Recently managing two musical labels : Crâne d'Ours Records and Cumtogether Productions.
THE BARE is essentially playing with minimal, rough and basic sounds, lo-fi and limited choice of material.
AU ROUGE was made with :
- 3 "Realistic" Plug'n Talk
- 1 contact mic (made by Crank Sturgeon) :D
- 1 little amp
- 1 old electric guitar for two tracks
- Audacity (echoes and reverb).
... in my bedroom.
The artwork is an extract from a drawing by Wolf-Red (Ilia Kolesnikov), a dear russian friend.
