Im looking for some type of vocal processor to complete my voice setup or maybe a pedal that will do an effect like this:

Kind of warbly, warped tape sound.
Any suggestions?

Cementimental

just sounds like really basic/corny use of a flanger or phaser to me.

my advice would be to get a multi-fx pedal/unit (old Zoom rackmount multi-fx are dirt cheap and good for vocals) then you can experiment with all sorts of different fx before maybe getting a more 'high quality' standalone pedal version if you really need to.

Hmmm I wonder what the best way to run FX pedals with a mic would be? Through an FX loop on my mixer or out from my preamp?

Cementimental

The most controllable way (if you'd be able to have just the effected version or optionally mix it with the uneffected mic signal) would be to use a pre-fader FX send if your mixer has one. Many small mixers alas have only post-fader tho

Or if it has channel inserts you can use that in a couple of different ways

personally I would suggest a cheap old pandora multi effect or similar
