This makes no sense because Rural and Agricultural Studies could potentially produce decent jobs in the farming industry. The other 3 are fairly meaningless even if you belong to those particular ethnic groups.
And, since when is farming only for white people? That question is bias as fuck and if ONLY 35% of those kids said distribution to to R&A was the proper choice, the question becomes "are American schools teaching kids to simply waste their money on stupid shit only to please minorities?".........oh, wait; yes, they are.
It should have been 100% for R&A Studies, regardless of race.
