I've been following the lead up to May/Mac fight so closely that I missed these news completely:

WTF, again?!?!

Lame ass nigga

I watched some of the weigh-in for the MMA vs Boxing match. I don't like boxing. It seems like the big matches are always super hype then last less than one round. I can't imagine this being any different.

Watched Bellator last night but there wasn't anything worth remembering. Next month, Big Country Nelson makes his Bellator debut. In an interview he was asked why he chose Bellator. Seems like the answer should have been 'I didn't have anywhere else to go'.

My knowledge for these fights ends to 2006 [?] when Pride was the best and UFC has started signing fighters from there, Crocop i think. Fedor and Lidell were the big guys. I haven't watched a fight since, not MMA, box, kick-box, anything. But this is interesting. I ll see if i can find any pirate streaming to watch.

MMA fighter vs boxer in boxing game ? If the MMA guy doesn't knock him out in at the start, i don't see a way he can win as the time goes.

Mcgregor is lucky he fought against Mayweather who appeared very careful and respectful, to avoid any accident and to keep his flawless record. If it was any other pro boxer we would talking about humiliation. Seriously, you go to fight in a boxing match, of that level, and you don't raise your hands to defence ? Only checking the distance ? Taking so many millions, lasting so many rounds against the best, i would be happy too. Actually i would be happy even if i was leaving the ring in such condition that i would operate normally after some months.

Not a boxing fan either but this one was interesting just for a fact that Floyd had never fought anything as unorthodox as McNugget. The 1st PPV championship fight between Badou Jack and Nathan Cleverly was fantastic. The main event was "exciting" and "back and forth" but far from a "war". Conor was throwing nothing but arm punches after the first few rounds. He should've turned his hips and shoulders into those as his only winning chance was to KO Floyd. I was expecting one KD from Conor but sadly it didn't happen. In my wildest dreams I was hoping Conor KO's Floyd stiff. He's a beast in the MMA game so hopefully he'll FINALLY get his cardio right (I expected it to be on par for this fight, sadly mistaken) and after that he'll be unstoppable! Fuck da Mayweddas, fuck the haters, hail King Conor! Had to grab couple burgers from McDonalds cause that's the only kind of MacLife I can afford.

I believe his real answer was "I thought this was a Burger King"

When you open up, you leave yourself vulnerable for counters. I remember many saying Conor should rough Floyd up, considering he's the bigger, heavier guy with experience in wrestling. Personally, I thought his karate movement and punches from weird angles would be his keys to victory and he did that well for the first couple of rounds. Conor is a counter puncher who gasses out after first couple of rounds so it was a brilliant adjustment from Floyd to start the clinching game with Conor. All that wrestling, weak punches and continuous ref separations in the clinch wore Conor down. Anyone who says Conor did great are bullshitting themselves. He gassed out as always and IMO that's what cost him the fight, not Floyd's mosquito bite punches.

Back to real fighting... UFC 215 had some great finishes but also turds like the (new) main event between Amanda "Lesbo" Nunes vs Valentina Whatever. Valentina was whining in the post-fight interview how she should've won the decision even though that bitch did nothing to earn the victory. Most were sheering for her to win but I'm glad Amanda won cause at least she's been exciting in her past fights. Valentina is too cautious, mostly due to her counter striker style and it's fucking boring. Some "experts" like to call her approach technical, I call it bullshit.

Francis Ngannou vs JDS was a fight where I expected Francis to retire JDS and become the next in line to challenge Stipe for the HW belt. Sadly the fight was cancelled due to JDS being flagged by USADA. Maybe he wanted to save himself from being murdered?

Had high expectations for Gavin Tucker vs Rick Glenn, mostly since Gavin showed sings of brilliance in his UFC debut. From what I remember of that performance, he was moving very smoothly, attacking from different angles and avoiding counters perfectly. In this one he had been training all over the place, replaced up his unique style with stiff thai boxing movement and got fucking dominated by Rick Glenn. What a shame...

Henry Cejudo vs Wilson Reis was a total sleeper for me... Henry has improved drastically after those losses to DJ and Joseph Benavidez. DJ was supposed to defend his belt against Ray Borg as a main event but Ray "was forced to withdraw from the fight on Thursday evening due to illness". Haha, nigga couldn't make the weight... again. They are talking about re-booking the fight... I'd say give it to Henry! This time he'll beat DJ. What a beast!

This weekend Gökhan Saki makes his UFC debut. Known for being one of best pound-for-pound kickboxers in the world. He's facing a Brazilian zombie Henrique da Silva who takes a good beating but has lost his last 3 fights, latest one by KO in the 1st round. Other than that his chin has held up nicely but he hasn't been hit by anyone like Gökhan Saki. Hopefully it won't go to the ground...

Scat-O-Logy

Gökhan Saki left hook from hell!

Bitches put on a great fight (would rather see them lezzing out tho) but Cláudia Gadelha needs to work on her conditioning. Very skilled but she was gone after 1st round...

Tonight The Motown Bitch will be run out of town by The Boogeyman. If FerGOAT wins this fight, he'll finally become the UFC LW champ as I always suspected. Then he can fight McNugget and test that cardio (while McNugget may test that chin).

Great card over all... Walt Harris to bash Mark Godbeer's face in. Bobby Green against Lando Vannata (who almost beat FerGOAT in his UFC debut). Tom Duquesnoy (who had very entertanining UFC debut just a while back) against some bum Cody Stamann with impressive (padded?) record. Hoping The Black Beast ground and pounds Fabricio Werdumb to early grave but sadly don't see that happening.

Gonna be wake all night... fuck sleep hail MMA!

Scat-O-Logy

FerGOAT!!!

UFC president said that Conor McGregor vs Nate Diaz 3 is just a rumor (well he's a known liar) so hopefully FerGOAT gets the red panty night next. Not interested in the trilogy fight since that bum Nate doesn't even fight...

UFC217 was hyped as the biggest event of 2017 and the hype was real! This was a night of solid performances and brutal finishes... ALL three champions lost their belts! I didn't have any favorites apart from wanting to see all Tristar gym fighters loose, in the end 2 out of 3 got KO'd so I'm satisfied. The only fighter out of that gym that won was GSP in his return fight after 4 year break and what an impressive performance that was! I thought Pissbitch would have the hand speed advantage but he looked like an old man in there. The only thing that kept him from retiring at that moment was his fragile ego. Cody Garbrandt is a very exciting fighter and I thought he could beat Dillasnake but in the end his reckless (yet effective) brawling style bit him in the ass and he got countered by a nice right hook. The most shocking for me was seeing Joanna Champion get dropped multiple times in the first round by Rose Whatever and after 3 mins the fight was over. I didn't believe Rose had KO power in her hands even though those training clips looked impressive and I thought at max she could land one of those strange "angel style" (as I like to describe her fighting style) kicks and finish her on the ground but damn, girl got hands! Had some work related shit to do while watching so unfortunately missed Paulo Costa vs Johny Hendricks but I knew Johny would get KO'd and seems like he did in the 2nd round. He should fucking retire, he's lost 7 out of hist last 10 fights. Nigga pls, safe what's left of your redneck brain!

Scat-O-Logy

Badass moment from TJ Dillashaw vs Cody Garbrandt with TJ screaming to Cody's face as he popped right up after getting TKO'd

The UFC event in Sydney, Australia was boooooring... Frank Camacho vs Damien Brown was a slugfest and the new chick Nadia Kassem seems promising.

Some stats: "The event tied UFC 169, UFC Fight Night: Machida vs. Mousasi and UFC Fight Night: Silva vs. Bisping for the most decisions at a single UFC event with 10. This event was also the longest UFC event with 3:04:18 of fight time."

This weekend Kelvin Gastelum will retire Michael Pissbing and jump up the rankings.

In a short period of time we've potentially lost two championship fights, Conor McNugget vs FerGOAT cause McNugget acts like a moron and Daniel Cormier vs Volkan Oezdemir cause apparently Volkan was involved in a bar fight and with his one punch power the other guy probably didn't look pretty. Volkan's nickname "No Time" soon to be changed to "Serving Time".

One more for Mike:

UFC made a hype video of Francis Ngannou http://youtu.be/WyuP8x14aDo

He has the highest recorded punching power in the world. Scary fucker...

This weekend has two UFC events, first TUF S26 finale on friday with bunch of turd fights and then the real shit UFC218 on saturday where Francis Ngannou will face Alistair Overeem. This will be the first real test for Francis but Reem has no chin so if one connects, it's night night... Then again, with Francis it would be night night anyways as you can see here: https://youtu.be/JT0OpOcgCF0 (threw that uppercut all the way from his mommas house in Cameroon)

Let's not forget Eddie Alvarez vs Justin Gaethje (both durable as fuck, will be a war), (new and improved) Henry Cejudo vs Sergio "meh" Pettis and most importantly we get to see Max Holloway vs José Aldo cause apparently getting KO'd once by Max wasn't enough for the 13 seconds man.

Prelims has David Teymur on it who's just a crazy bastard, see here: https://youtu.be/pVwXnXyB1Rw?t=38s

Haha, majestik hails!

Scat-O-Logy

TUF S26 finale ended up being quite decent. All the prelim fights ended with a finish (SUB R1, TKO R2, SUB R1, TKO R3, SUB R1). Most were female fights since this season was based around crowning the first female UFC flyweight champ so obviously not too pretty stand-up being displayed (most chicks can't punch for shit) but those subs were nice. The fighters that lost just made stupid mistakes like for example skilled muay thai striker Christina Marks trying to wrestle with a jujutsu specialist. Low fight IQ on these bitches...

I have no fucking clue how they awarded Nicco Montaño vs Roxanne Modafferi as the fight of the night. Sloppy shit. The dudes Ryan Janes and Andrew Sanchez should've gotten it. Ryan said fuck head movement and decided to Ronda Rousey that shit. In other words he blocked all the punches with his head in the 1st round. Dude was out on his feet but survived. Andrew who must be the retarded brother of Luke Rockhold emptied his gas tank in that round and Ryan took over the last two rounds, peppering him with punches going high, low, high... Just pretty to watch. Ended in 3rd round TKO by Ryan.

Gerald Meerschaert got Eric Spicely with a nice liver kick. I felt it through the screen.

Then the real shit UFC 218... Maaaaan, MMA fans got spoiled this weekend! Abdul Razak Alhassan vs Sabah Homasi started promising but the veteran ref Herb (yep, that's his fucking name) Dean made a mistake in thinking Abdul KO'd Sabah cold and stopped the fight but in reality he just tripped and fell under Abdul which made it look like he went limp. Not blaming the ref tho as from his angle it certainly looked like the punch connected clean. It was funny because when Herb returned to referee the next fight, David Teymur vs Drakkar Klose, he was threatening to take a point away from David for stalling even though Drakkar, the hometown boy, wasn't doing shit to make it a fight. I hated Drakkar before that fight and now I hate him even more. Pussy ass bitch whining to the ref about stalling while his leg is getting chewed up. And fuck off to Herb for messing with David's head just to make up for his previous mistake. Yancy Medeiros vs Alex Oliveira was back and forth war with both guys taking turns in doing the stanky leg but eventually Yancy got the TKO in the 3rd round. Nigga has no chin and his defense sucks so he won't get much further in his career but he's been in some exciting fights so I don't mind him being a journey man fighter.

Enough of this shit, fucking Eddie Alvarez vs Justin Gaethje!!! One of the best fights this year and among the most exciting ones I've ever seen. Dudes standing in the middle of the octagon, trading shots in the pocket. Eddie was fucking killing it with his head movement and those nice hooks, going high, low and up from the middle. His left leg was eaten alive but that tough motherfucker just stood there, took it and carried with his own offense. Those hooks to the body were so pretty, I was doing crunches on the sofa each time Justin got hit there haha.

And my boy Alistair Overeem got his head taken clean off... Honestly when Francis Ngannou landed that uppercut and finishing blow on the ground, I was worried that this could be the first death in the UFC.

I LOVE the current HW champ Stipe Miocic but sadly Francis is going to KO him to win the belt, simple as that.

Holloway TKO's Aldo in R3 but what else is new?

HOW THE FUCK there were no performance of the night bonuses?! Francis certainly deserved it but I think Max did too even though it wasn't that surprising that he'd take out that little Brazilian with ease.
