In Germoney you have a Long and Intensive History about beeing Negative Provocatet from...nothing. Even in the Small Scenes itself you have Borders, Images and "No Go Areas" without any Sense. For example are there Many Noise~P:e Listeners/Musicians who Boycott/Take Agressive Force against any Kind of Right Winged Images. Its not Relevant if the Project is "real" Right Winged, its enought to Transport hte Images. So the "Just Provocation" Sticker works not well. Ironically it works at the Point, where a Bigger Label is behind it. As Funny Example i have had a Discussion with a "Anti Nazi" Musician and i directed the Discussion to Freak Animal Rex, since the Guy liked the Label (and Specially Haare). So his Problem where then, why could be a Project like Haare can stand next to a Project like Deathkey?
This kind of Onedimensional Thinking is normal and you find it everywhere. The People In the Scene are provocated at all. Think with Pedo Themes are its like Righted Winged, but its easier to find out with Political Matters

yes, I know this situation in Germany. But we talk about provocation in art, not stupid guesswork about political undertone such acts as GO. Is Niko Puhakka (The great Finnish fighter in MMA style) provocateur because he has nazi tatoos? When he fought in Poland he had to cover his body special dress. Why? He has still had those tatoos and most of audience knew about that! I don't consider Left-winged circles in Germany as example provocated people by controversial artists. It is an example of sickness in society.

I talk about Provocation in ANY Kind of Possibility. Art is one of them. Here are People who claimed nearly all Metal Bands from 80ties to be Nazis, Goth Bands like Das Ich and Lacrimosa to be Nazis cause they sing in German. In Sports is the same, there is a Boxing Girl with a Black Sun Tatooed, where badly discussed when someone find out. Some Sport Clubs from italy and Britain where Discussed as well, German St. Pauli is a Worldwide wellknown Left Winged Football Club. You have this Provocation Feeling everywhere. Also in Shops, where some People have had Problems with Swastika Cloth Holders.

Maybe the Problem is, that Today the Word "Provocation" have no meaning anymore. What is Provocation at all?

When UFC signed the big deal with Fox tv, fighters had to dump their sponsors who are firearms-related. No more Gun Store or Ammoman, at least, not advertised on their shorts/banners. Kind of odd considering it's FOX!

I'm a huge, huge fan of MMA. I have been since Frank Shamrock and Mark Coleman were total killers. I mainly watch UFC but I sometimes watch Pride and Strikeforce (as well as smaller organizations like the AZ ran Rage In The Cage and Texas internet streaming organization HDNet Fights). My favorite fighter is Andrea Arlovski but I've heard he is probably just going to stick with Amateur Boxing and not go back to MMA leagues. But that is the internet speaking. I like Forest too. He's a good fighter but he also doesn't give a fuck about presentation or trying to intimidate people or talk shit. He just does it.

I have a friend who is fighting in a few weeks at Rage In The Cage. I go to his training camp every once in awhile. Really nice guys and fun as hell to just play spar with dudes that can kick the shit out of you but would rather teach you.

I get someone to record the fights on HDNet for me. Same with Bellator.  I have no fave fighters, just like seeing GOOD fights. Too bad

Yea he slimmed down and I guess Dana wants him to fight at 206. That's just asking too much from a guy, I don't know what he is at now (search engine results say 245) but it is far from 206. He did go the distance on his last fight, it went to decision but ultimately he lost. I believe he lost his last 3 fights.

245 down to 206 is quite  a drop. I'd think just 20 #'s off would be enough since he looks to have just a beergut.

I think the main reason they want Roy Nelson to drop down a weight class is his strength.  He got manhandled by Frank Mir.  Mir said that Nelson's strength felt more like a light heavyweight.  I'm guessing if he fought at heavy weight only weighing in at 220-225 he'd be even weaker, so light heavyweight might be his only option at this point.

That makes sense, his weight seems to be mainly "soft", not a whole lot of muscle there. That's kind of what makes these fat guys fun to watch though, maybe they should make a different weight class for them. Soft Heavyweights.

I was thinking he was a bit more muscled up but saw some footage of him yesterday & he's not. I would think to lose weight, keep up his cardio, & pack on muscle would take ALOTof work. I had no clue Nelson studies kung fu! Looks like it may be an interesting fight tomorrow night; the other guy (can't remember his name) has had some pretty dynamic wins.
