The owner of the home should be able to sit in his dark basement, with a gun, talking to himself & if someone breaks in, then they should accept the risk of possibly getting shot by that homeowner whom could be sitting in the basement, with a gun, talking to himself.

He could have saved himself some trouble by turning off the security system...

If I was breaking into someone's house, not that I ever have *cough*, the first thing that I would be concerned about at the forefront of my brain would be, this guy may be in the next room...talking to himself...with a gun....preparing to record the audio of my summary execution. Also did you mean turn ON the security system? haha

From what I read I think the reason he was charged and sentenced was because he shot the kids execution style after they were probably already dead anyway. Also, when you record yourself killing someone and while you were doing so you say "Whoops, sorry about that." right before you shoot them in the face at point blank range followed by "You're dying now bitch!" as you shoot a 17 year old girl multiple times while she's screaming in complete terror, probably not going to look good in court haha. Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone breaking into my house, I don't think I'd enjoy it as much as this guy seemed to but never the less I don't blame him much.

Also, has anyone seen this? Probably one of the most interesting videos I've ever seen, it's one of the five cops killed in the recent shooting. A good example of how adrenaline can get you killed? I wonder what the cop was thinking rushing the shooter by himself with only his police glock.... as wreckless as it is it's damn brave and admirable to attack an enemy who has you outgunned. You can tell this shooter knew what he was doing as he uses his military training to lay down suppressing fire and then flanks the cop, and then executes him.

If his security system had been off there would have been less evidence against him. I assume it was used against him in court?

Now I see what you mean, from what I remember reading you're right, the video camera footage as well as the audio recording were cited as the main reasons he was sentenced.

Perhaps we're onto a new creative subgenre. Some are willing to go to prison for their art.

edit
Good dialog, a bit weak on setting. Would've been better if the second victim copped it in a bathtub full of piss.
Someone weaker than you should beat you and brag
And take you for a drag

Quote"I envision a world where a person with multiple disabilities can be euthanised, with an agreement from the guardians, when it is difficult for the person to carry out household and social activities," the letter said.

Uematsu's letter said he could "wipe out a total of 470 disabled individuals" by targeting two facilities for disabled people during the night shift, "when staffing is low".

"The act will be carried out speedily, and definitely without harming the staff. After wiping out the 260 people in two facilities, I will turn myself in."
