NaturalOrthodoxy

New UK noise project based in Scotland, released via Outsider Art.

ARTIST STATEMENT:

What can you hear? Almost nothing. A brief respite from the constant movement. A commodity that grows evermore scarce. This is noise about nothing in the most meaningful way. This is a loud sound that exalts total silence. A reminder of moments worth holding onto as you give away increasing amounts of your time. Influenced as much by Edward Hopper as it is by Aaron Dilloway, Greying Snout uses decaying tapes and electronics to draw out moments of presence- be they happiness, regret, or grief.

Ah nice, didn't know this was you. I have the full November batch on order, such a great consistent label.

Can neither confirm or deny the identity of this mysterious entity!

It is indeed a great batch, Dean is flying the flag for noise in so many forms at the moment.

This is a solid tape, whoever the creator is....  A blend of loops, low end grumbles and spoken words via dictaphone abuse.  Solid noising.

The Plague Mother tape is great also.  May have to set up a standing order to Outsider Art.
