I thought nunya, purely nunya, purely business related, purely nunya. Mrs Forum felt the same

For explanations please have A$10 ready and visit my Browning in a Sea of Shit post, you'll need it. Or as Mrs Forum told me, just then. "Thank you, thank you, just burn my leg".... I shit you not.

Your track is very well done. I still have many terms from the 90’s internalized which don’t always reflect current usage. In that context, I would place it squarely in the realm of “industrial” or “Electro-Industrial” more specifically. It does seem that people lump that into “techno” today. Phage Tapes has been dipping into this area more recently.  Unfortunately, all the labels I associate with this sound are very well established (i.e. Cleopatra, Metropolis, etc.) and are firmly stuck on legacy bands and obsessively reissuing every 30 year old release they can.

Good track. Good beat. Good variation. Good job! Even if I associated a 90’s reference, this does not sound dated or retro to me.

I quite like it. What I was trying to say with my previous genre descriptions, I guess, is this forum rarely touches on your sound. Being a long time admirer of Mick Harris, your music lands squarely in his latter-day genre. For example, Fret! “Over Depth,” released in 2017. Please take that as a compliment!
