First confirmation for TT8:

STROMSTAD (fin/nor)

Few names imply mind-bending, forward thinking heavy electronics like Finnish stalwarts STROM.ec, and with every release, they seem to further stretch the boundaries of what can be a pretty rigid genre, and navigate realms never before seen or heard. Similar things can be said of Norwegian atmospheric heavy weight and Malignant staple, Kristoffer Oustad, whose particular strain of dark ambient and post-industrial soundscapes are incredibly dynamic, at times surreal and cinematic, other times more driving and heavy, but all with a recognizable, highly emotive touch. Put the two together, and you get the debut of their collaborative project, STROMSTAD. Spread out over 8 tracks, this is a dizzying exploration of sound and vocal fury, where mechanized pulsations, writhing frequency oscillations, and grinding machine loops meet stretches of drifting darkness and touches of musicality, suggestive of a future that’s dystopian and bleak on one hand, yet highly innovative and revolutionary on the other.

Confirmed: BURIAL HEX (usa) Exclusive German show!

Burial Hex continues its ever-evolving journey as a Chthonic composition cycle of Post-Industrial musical dowsing, since 2005. Clay Ruby coined the term "Horror Electronics" to describe Burial Hex; drawing on influences as disparate as Horror film scores, Black Metal, Death Industrial and Medieval music. Burial Hex live workings are an animistic Theatre of Cruelty, with each encounter being a very personal, immersive and unpredictable experience.

Confirmed: KOLLAPS (aus)

During the past three years *Kollaps* have risen from humble beginnings in Melbourne, Australia to having now firmly cemented themselves worldwide as a respected name within industrial music.

Releasing their first offering *Heartworm* in 2015, followed up by their now sold-out *Sibling Lovers* LP in 2017, an exceptionally successful DIY tour of Europe spanning 30 shows and supporting bands such as *OPERANT*, *BRIGHTER DEATH NOW* & *TREPANERINGSRITUALEN*, an Australian tour in April 2018 with Los Angeles’ own *YOUTH CODE* as well as having 2 tracks from *Sibling Lovers *included in the soundtrack to *Leigh Whannell’s* (*Saw*) latest movie *UPGRADE* (co-produced by *Blumhouse Productions* (*Whiplash, Get Out!*)) the band now continue on their rising trajectory with another self-booked European jaunt in late 2018; 30 shows in as many days, supporting *PHARMAKON, MIRRORS FOR PSYCHIC WARFARE* and *HIDE* and appearing at the legendary *WROCLAW INDUSTRIAL FESTIVAL* in Poland.

Wade Black, Damian Coward and Robin W. Marsh’s latest recording, *MECHANICAL CHRIST*, has managed to take the twin energies of confusion and control at the core of *Sibling Lovers*, and craft it into a seething piece of poetic vitriol; whereas *Sibling Lovers* presented as a collection of tracks that covered a wide spectrum of subjects based around confession – *Mechanical Christ *progresses into vicious attack grounded in murderous aggression and self-retribution.
*Mechanical Christ* is conceptually driven by vocalist and noise composer Wade Black’s personal journey, a self-reflective diary of the past, present, and future.
Themes of exploitation, vengeance, vendetta, drug addiction, paranoia, mass murder, slander, love and slave labour; exacted upon the earth with an insatiable contempt for our general surroundings. The bands habitually uneasy textures and crude tones are generated with appropriated non-instruments varying from scrap metals, raw plastics, steel beams and sheets of corrugated iron. They are never purchased and are always exclusively sourced from depilated environments. For the band, this isn’t an empty ‘industrial’ gesture; it is a method, which facilitates the literal use of postmodern society against itself.

*MECHANICAL CHRIST was recorded and mixed March-July 2018 at The Aviary Studios by Mike Deslandes, mastered by James Plotkin, and produced by Damian Coward and Wade Black, MECHANICAL CHRIST is a 36 minute journey into desperation and the lack of resolve that all-too-often presents itself as a direct ramification when surrounding oneself with the human race.
Available worldwide via Cold Spring in early 2019.*

Confirmed: SADIO (fin) first live show!

Almost 25 years ago members of SADIO collaborated for the first time for tape release. Decades later, continuous passion on similar things lead to formation of project Sadio. While half of project, Grunt, is known around the world, other half, Kommando Skingraft, has operated under the veil. Small, rather anonymous projects barely noticed even by noise underground.
In 2015, new collaboration project took name from notorious erotic publication "Sadio", and started to create extreme electronics with the similar exploitative approach.
Two full length albums, two split vinyl LP's and self titled tape has been released.
This is first Sadio live performance.

Confirmed: MORAL ORDER (es)

MORAL ORDER is a solo project of Fernando O. Paíno. Since his debut in 2018, MORAL ORDER has released ´Freedom Locked´ (Tesco), ´Wrath of God´ (GH Records), ´Krypteia´ (Malignant Records). Old school industrial with diseased and infected analog frequencies, frying minimal electronics, and throbbing, modulating rhythms. MORAL ORDER supposes an exacerbation in Paíno’s style, distancing itself from the rhythm that defines its DA-SEIN parallel project.

Confirmed: Lydia Lunch & Marc Hurtado play Alan Vega & SUICIDE (usa/fr)

Lydia Lunch crossed paths with Alan Vega and Martin Rev of Suicide upon arrival in New York at age 16, late 70 SUICIDE The first show of which she attended was a real shock, a revelation on a new form of a concert, a total show, theatrical, free, violent. Since then, a close relationship, as much artistic than friendly, united them , Lydia Lunch performed on stage and on a record "Frankie Teardrop" by Suicide and she sang a duet with Alan Vega in the album SNIPER by Alan Vega and Marc Hurtado in 2010.

Marc Hurtado, had already met Alan Vega and Lydia Lunch on his Etant Donnés RE-UP album Be in 1999 and he formed the project My Lover The Killer in 2013 with Lydia Lunch , with whom they recorded an album and play on stage.

Today Lydia Lunch and Marc Hurtado join forces for this event around Suicide and Alan Vega songs , it will be a kind of sonic "Blitzkrieg" and a visual shamanic ceremony, where both artists will burn their souls in the volcanic heart of the music of Alan Vega and Suicide, concentrated to melt their performance in kaleidoscopic film INFINITE DREAMERS directed by Marc Hurtado dedicated to Alan Vega and Martin Rev.

Lydia Lunch is a nomadic gypsy in eternal metamorphosis that almost lost her life for her art dozens of times in 35 years. Musician, writer, photographer and performance artist, she appeared in the New York music scene in 1977 with the project founder No Wave, Teenage Jesus and the Jerks.

In search of inspiration and cooperation she worked with Karen Finley, Hubert Selby Jr, Nick Cave, William Burroughs or Virginie Despentes, she lived in New York, Brooklyn, New Orleans, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, Los Angeles, London. She has visited 656 cities to perform on stage for concerts, spoken word, installations in clubs, theaters and museums.

Marc Hurtado is a musician, performer, poet, painter, producer and filmmaker who co-founded the French duo ETANT DONNES with his brother Eric in 1977. He has made more than 20 albums and 800 concerts around the world in places like Kitchen ( New York), the Fondation Cartier (Paris), the Centre Pompidou (Paris), the Sonar Festival (Barcelona), the Atonal Festival (Berlin), or Transmusicales (Rennes).

Apart from this duo and solo project Sol Ixent, he has collaborated with many cult figures including Alan Vega, Genesis P.Orridge, Michael Gira (Swans), Gabi Delgado (DAF), Z'ev, Philippe Grandrieux, Christophe, Saba Komossa (Delkom), Mark Cunningham (MARS), Bachir Attar and the Master Musicians of Jajouka. His films were screened in Beaubourg Paris , FID Marseille, the French Cinematheque in Paris, the Locarno Film Festival, Bafici Festivale Buenos Aires and most recently at the MoMA in New York, which also acquired his latest feature film "Jajouka, something good comes to you" in his collection.

Confirmed: SCREAMING IT (d)

SCREAMING IT is a collaboration between Greta Christensen ( vinyl - terror & -horror) and Dr. Nexus (Fraction Bruit, Bruital Nights, Primal Uproar).

Christensen ́s 15 years of experience working with cut-up Vinyls has reached it's extreme in this project by destroying the records on stage and using the bits and pieces as her only music source.

Dr. Nexus ́ history of impronoise and Power Electronics is in this constellation embodied in overlapping non-verbal "singing" and screaming. "Screaming It"  combines their work elegantly in a  short but intense performative sound massacre.

Confirmed: MZ.412 (swe) - Only show in 2019!

MZ.412 are the inventors of the so called "black industrial", a dark and haunting music which mixes industrial noise, ritual ambient and black metal atmospheres.

They return with their first full-length album in 13 years, once again asserting their dominion as the true Kings of Black Industrial. "Svartmyrkr" is a massive tour de force that reinvents the classic sound of MZ.412 whilst retaining their trademark malevolent harshness.

This album is dedicated to the true hell of the north - Helheim - and the giant goddess that rules it, Hel. From blackened ritual incantations, to bleak yet beautiful dark ambient arrangements, to harsh bombastic orchestrations, this album exceeds all expectations.

MZ.412 blur the lines between music, magick and reality. The earth trembles... the mountains quake... all light is vanquished. The Swedish overlords darken the hearts and extinguish the souls of all who bear witness to "Svartmyrkr".
