The event marks a double launch for the Nava Spatiala project, due to this spring's launch of the IXth volume in the "Noisenautics" (MuteantSounds, online) series, as well as the Ia-HA-Crax (Mask Of The Slave, cassette) collaboration. To round up the evening in the same tone, of experimental and the unpredictable, we have invited Purity Index to culturally exorcise the House of the People together.
N o c t u r n a is an intense meeting between the public and new attitudes in music. Complementary philosophies, diverse sonic textures, software versus hardware, natural versus synthetic, new auditive languages, technological manipulations, sensations, concepts make space and experiment with different spaces in the museum.

Ia-HA-Crax, a rustic harsh electronics project, bruitist bizutage generated under voluntary constraint. The sounds expressed follow inexorably a way to implosion. Those who do not bear with them follow inevitably a way out.

Carefully keeping you alert along their journeys by the dadaist and deconstructionist approach, they invite you to a continuous exorcism of the present - the soundscapes Nava Spatiala creates also work as a pretext for meditation. Nava Spatiala started in 2010 and their musical approach is based on field-recordings, as well as on sound synthesis.

https://www.facebook.com/Purity-Index-1650954865170347/N o c t u r n a | In the frame of the MNAC Performing Arts Programme, MNAC Bucharest organizes a series of nocturnes inviting a series of local and international avant-garde music artists to perform in the frame of the museum. These are curated by Ioana Păun together with Laurențiu Coțac. Although MNAC hosted sound-related events in the past, this is the first time the museum systematically follows with the contemporary music scene. N o c t u r n a is at the same time an opportunity to connect artists in various areas like theater, visual arts, and poetry to collaborate with those experimenting with new music.
The number of participants is limited to 200 people.
Car access is made through the A1 gate (Senate entry), while the exit is made through the former museum entrance. Pedestrian access remains unchanged.
