The only thing in my collection aside from a couple of cassettes on hypnosis is this National Geographic flexi of Humpback whale sounds.

auscultation of the heart, for med students, not many lp's sport a bibliography. sounds are pretty shitty

Worth it for the cool diagrams on the back though.  Used to have a tape called 'Diagnosing and Managing Heart Failure' which may have been along similar lines.  Had some cool moments with a Doctor bitching about salt and some incredible role playing between the Doc and a voice actor pretending to be an old British wifey while he sniffs out problems with her heart.
