Most recently:

Brainwashed (CBC) - https://www.cbc.ca/listen/cbc-podcasts/440-brainwashed?cmp=Listen_SEM_ETA

Fairly short and to the point podcast about the MKUltra program and its ties to Canada - specifically Montreal, Quebec. Bunch of stuff in there I was not aware of. High production value, easy listen yet bleak.

Power: The Maxwells (Somethin' Else) - https://somethinelse.com/projects/power-the-maxwells/

Still releasing new episodes - about the Maxwell family media empire - built around recent issues surrounding Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein...but they haven't gotten to that, yet. High production value, goes into rambling territory at times and jumps around a bit.

Just started listening to this:

Uncover: Satanic Panic (CBC) - https://www.cbc.ca/radio/uncover/season-6-satanic-panic-1.5437487

About the late 80s/early 90s Satanic Panic and its impacts on small town Saskatchewan, Canada. High production value, seems pretty interesting so far...

The Apology Line

https://wondery.com/shows/the-apology-line/

The story of the line and its creator:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apology_Project
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allan_Bridge

I had heard about this project but not to this depth. Another example of an artist essentially falling victim to his work due to obsessive tendencies.

Thanks for sharing this.  I'm usually not one for podcasts, but this sounds really interesting!

Good one! You should proceed with more interviews of.. noise /PE. Even if there are now couple active ones, I would suspected internet ain't yet running out of space...

PS: The label has been listening US/FIN collab, but remains uncertain!

Last finished:

https://frequencypodcastnetwork.com/podcasts/the-hopeful/

The story of a man's escape from Iran during the revolution and his journey to Canada. A slick interview and storytelling podcast created by the refugee's daughter - with her father's words and those of other family members. A closer look at the challenges and hardships a refugee faces along the way to building a better life for himself and his family.

This January episode with Dennis Cooper. It's been long since I checked any of his work, but seems like some quite underground stuff has been published still in recent times.

Just stumbled upon this last night...haven't checked it out yet:

https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/easy-listening/id1586546568

Easy Listening Podcast - so far there's interviews with John Duncan, Joe Colley, Jeff Witscher and Madalyn Merkey.
Feel like this will definitely be of interest to the noise crowd...

Episodes won't play from the link provided - at least not for me. Seems to work fine on the podcast app I use...

His articles are interesting too.  The one on Jamie Gillis's private photos especially.

His novel from 2021, 'I Wished', is beautiful. It's less transgressive than the early stuff, and way less formally experimental and inoovative than 'Marbled Swarm' was, but it might be his most emotionally rich novel so far.

4 episodes into Hunting Warhead from the CBC - starting to feel a little more voyeuristic than it has to be...

An "investigation" of the investigation into Benjamin Faulkner and his child abuse forum "Child's Play" as well as his personal child rape case.
This is big media tackling touchy subject matter and getting caught in moral/legalistic debates...new episodes weekly.
Recently listened this whole thing and found it very interesting and well done. It's rare to get insight into these groups and individuals.

I got far too into podcasts during the pandemic and just missing to hear people discuss things that I wished I was talking about. Most of my suggestions veer more toward the realm of metaphysics but I love the Weird Studies podcast and Rune Soup. For parapolitics Subliminal Jihad and The Farm have been fun and occasionally get into subjects that I've found engaging enough to work into my own projects. Hands down though Weird Studies is probably my favorite and the hosts are pleasant to listen to.

There was also an episode of Wake Island about the Zodiac Killer that I found interesting. The episode was titled How to Find Zodiac with Jarett Kobek.
