For what it's worth, I've been told by an acquaintance that Matt went through a lot of shit in his life during the last couple of years; however, it's still no excuse for total lack of communication on his end... I've yet to see my $150+ order dating all the way back to summer '14 - although I'd rather have my money back at this point in time - last time he replied to any of my messages was in summer '15.
