Throne Heap is very proud to release the latest album by Allegory Chapel Ltd. "Without Tears: NOISE in Theory & Practice", the first full-length LP for the long-running solo project of Elden M.

On "Without Tears: NOISE: ..." Elden continues to deliver ACL's distinctive and signature approach of combining and arranging eclectic sounds, noise frequencies, and electronic music into carefully assembled compositions. A variety of sources were employed for the creation of this album including: manipulated cassettes, a scratched record, distorted feedback originating from amplified junk metal, vocals, pedal / rack effects, synths, drum patterns, and excerpts from a recent live ACL performance.

"I consider 'Without Tears: Noise: ... to be a personal tour de force representing the best ACL work to date. Overall, it is a statement against the blandness and mediocrity produced and consumed as staples by prevailing status quo tastemakers. This album aims to approach the pinnacle of nonconformity  and iconoclasm, the vanguard shift towards an attitude that the 'outsider' is the standard ideal becomes my declaration for a new elite dissatisfied with the dross, the fatally dull and comfortably numb. Elaborately fractured microsound compositions from Sweden's Henrik Söderström. Grainy analog textures overlap, INTERSECT and tumble forward with slow, confident measure. Brings to mind the late 90's work of revered ambient artist Tetsu Inoue but with more of a melted tape aura.

ANTONIN PAGAILLE - JE SUIS LA CHIMÈRE C44
Thick queasy slabs of paranoia inducing modular synthesis from Mikkel Rørbo (Alleypisser / Knækkede Stemmer). Supremely rotten tropics; ESSENTIAL listening for the sticky summer months ahead!

STILL IMAGE - A FINITE LINE C30
Shane Church (Hostage Pageant / Harness) presents his debut tape under the Still Image moniker - and what a stellar debut it is! A Finite Line is a contemporary exploration of magnetic tape with DEEP nods to 60's Fluxus composition, and 80's free experimentation. In 30 short minutes, Church manages to CONNECT and sculpt the unseen dots between familiarity, nostalgia, and déjà vu - a beautiful and mysterious listen!

HIDEGKÚT - GYEREKKOR C28
EXCELLENT new project from Hungary's Zoltán Suba. Delicate electronic melodies, field recordings, and voices coil across a diverse spectrum of opposing fidelities. Chilly cassette 4-track soundscapes saturated with both mood and atmosphere.

All cassettes are professionally duplicated onto chrome tape with screen printed J-cards.
