[RVR0187] Pitch by To The Lovers, Farewell
Main premise of this album was to sweep away the harsh side of To The Lovers, Farewell, retain the piercing scrape, add binaural beats and keep the entire thing modular by using Pure Data. One patch was used to write the entire thing, a challenge. I used a mere 4 oscillators panned either left or right. One adc object for the mic panned left. It was a laugh to write, especially the binaural beat parts, when you feel relaxed almost astral, this awful scraping vocal and piercing noise just come crashing in. Each oscillator either acted as lead instrument, drum or bass, depending on the frequency level of the random object.
