Breaking The Will / Nyodene D / Steel Hook Prostheses - Industrial Historical Document 1: Tuskegee Syphilis Study (3xCS)

The first edition of what will hopefully be several "Industrial - Historical" documents, exploring historical topics at the intersections of violence, disgust, science, industry, power, and difference. Breaking The Will, featuring vocal help from Gnawed and Corpuscle, presents fast-paced harsh noise and scrap metal thrash, dirty electronics, and jagged feedback. 4 narrative tracks on the A-side give way to a side-long onslaught of harsh noise on the b-side, with Corpuscle providing one of the more deranged vocal performances in recent memory. Nyodene D, at the forefront of the newer crop of American industrial music, presents 3 dense and bludgeoning death industrial tracks, including a terrific Swans cover. Steel Hook Prostheses, who have remained one of the premiere death industrial acts for more than a decade, present 2 side-long tracks of their signature nightmarish electronics. 3 high bias chrome cassettes, 5 inserts, edition of 100 copies in a vinyl case. 18$ppd US, 23$ ppd international.

Diaphragmatic - Missing Time

Diaphragmatic is Ohio resident Nate Tandy, who also performs in Orgasmic Response Unit with his brother Luke. If you have had the pleasure of seeing Nate perform live you know that he is known for destroying giant metal chicken feeders with a power drill, and his recorded noise output is no less harsh. On this tape Nate opts for a more subtle and dirty approach - the sound of airplane engines buzzing along then failing due to interference from unknown entities. High bias chrome cassettes, edition of 50 copies. 6.50$ ppd in the US, 8.50$ppd international.

Miscreant - Birthright

Miscreant are another up-and-coming American power electronics act that deserve your attention. Affiliated with the "Crimes of the Crown" crew from California (Striations, Crown of Cerberus), Miscreant are fueled by a bleak anger that manifests in their approach to power electronics. Having more in common with British acts like Con-Dom than the usual beefy American fare, "Birthright" is two minimal tracks of white noise, feedback, and distorted yelling. High bias chrome cassettes, edition of 50 copies. 6.50$ ppd in the US, 8.50$ppd international.
