One hour tape presents rushing atmospheres of both a cold and warm nature. First comes Vomir, whose untitled track of nothingness electronics embodies the very concept of self-inversion and dissolution. For thirty unrelenting minutes, Vomir opens up the the floodgates to another dimension of cold, elegant grace with a logic unto itself and a monolithic sound that has been copied but never equalled. For side two, Fun In Latex similarly opens up a rushing stream of Sophic wisdom. This side-project of Peiiste has been going strong and recording regularly for over a year now, and this session came about soon after those on the recently issued "Captivity" cassette. Furthering the themes of harshness and isolation that have begun to develop in the project more distinctly as of late (after the shocklingly softer work of "Plastic Sheets" and the ultra-gentle "Huggy Baby" boxed set), Fun In Latex presents a harrowing thirty minutes of tunnel-vision electronics with a more pnuematic and integral pummel than on previous works. Hour-long tape of brand new material from each artist, comes with small xerox poster insert. Suitable for all ages.
