Destino Final isn't fast Spanish punk (although they were awesome, and so was the pre Destino Final band Invasion.) Catalunya had a bunch of killer fast hardcore punk bands in the 80's, such has HHH, GRB, Subterranean Kids, Kangrena, Anti-Dogmatikss, Shit SA etc... However, the Basque Country had a bunch of even faster bands back then, such as Ruido De Rabia, Último Gobierno, Tortura Sistemátika, Eizen, Autodefensa, etc... They kept this tradition of super fast hardcore punk. The amount of bands like that out there still is insane.
While we're at it, you should also check bands such as E-150, Toreros After Olé, TDK, RIP, Radikal HC, Karkaba, Gaitze or Sudor as they might be up your alley.

I'd like to introduce you some of the classic hc / punk bands from my country - Serbia, mostly from 80s and early 90. I'll start with BRAINSTORM...

BRAINSTORM - from Belgrade, capital of Serbia, heavily influenced by British HC (Heresy, Ripcord...) and rooted in early thrash metal. Social and political surroundings made them the strongly political band with lyrics focused on civil war here on Balkans in the years that followed. Drummer Uros also played in cult Serbian grindcore band Acroholia and early U.R.G.H!

A side from their 1989. demo:

Another one worth mentioning is HERPES DISTRESS - raw, noisy and also chaotic hc from early 80s, similar to Finnish hardcore at the same time. Check it out, this is really killer!

probably not the most shared opinion on here, but even though i like hardcore, i really prefer the early punk rock - and proto-punk, especially the sleazy 70s bands. never get tired of stuff like the first dead boys lp, old (of course) new york dolls, crime, the stooges, first mc5 lp, velvet underground (if they count as proto-punk..), early cramps, even early ramones and i also have a thing for the weirder, trashier part of post-punk like swell maps and early the fall

Tonight it's been Balthasar Gerards Kommando, Raw Power, Rattus, Septic Death, EU's Arse, Protes Bengt and a whole cast of bootleg 7"s from the furious years of Italian hardcore.

I'm sure by 10 PM I'll have moved on to the P.E.A.C.E. compilation....

Against - No Arms CD

A couple of the guys from Suicidal Tendencies before ST recorded the first album.  Discharge and US Southern CA quasi-crust style circa 1983-1984.  I love this stuff.  Radio Raheem, one of my favorite running labels, released the best of this CD on LP this year.  The CD and LP have nothing to do with each other, other than containing some of the same material.

The guy on the first album Louiche Mayorgaformed a band called Luicidal, they have done two albums. I know they play stuff off the first 3 Suicidal albums. But this cover of Institutionalised with Ceci Bastida singing was doing the rounds on Facebook:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGjrXTTtfG8

That Against is good.

a funny lil record... CONCLUDE - Made in Finland 7" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VeOyLu2rItU if i remember right japanese pretending to be finnish?? doesnt really sound like either style though. nice 'flat' guitar tone, catchy riffs, funny vocals, it's good! worth it for the track "muay thai" alone

Yacopsae, Y...blistering German HC thrash.  I miss this stuff, but maybe there's enough and I'm just being nostalgic.  Nuclear Cult, Crack Under Pressure, Solid Decline, Skrupel.  If you'd asked me a couple days ago, I would have included Stack in this, but after listening to the discography yesterday, I realized they were a smart hybrid of Capitalist Casualties and Rorschachian, gasoline HC (that I ignorantly, and quickly, associate only with Bremen and Per Koro).  When stacked on a discography, it was easier [for me] to hear that.  HUGE on that whole gasolined German thing too.  Can never get enough of that stuff either, including the prog direction of Ambush, Acheborn, etc.

That Carol/Stack split with the Venom/Slayer rip off art is HUGE. Carol side especially. I loved that record so much as a teenager.

Carol just released an LP that I don't quite understand.  I'm interested in anything they do, so...

The Plot comp...I love that comp.
