Reddit AMA (from about a year ago) with the police chief who headed the investigation into the JonBenet Ramsey murder. Pretty much flat out says he thinks the mother did it.

That's an interesting documentary I watched a few weeks ago. I had forgotten pretty much everything about the case. Going by what's in the docu.,  the family didn't do it & the case will, most likely, never be solved. This docu.makes the case that Boulder police were dead-set on the parents right from the get-go & excluded everything else. The DA even went so far to try to suppress evidence another detective had about a break-in. That detective & another (I think) eventually resigned. There's lots of details about how she was killed along with photos.

I'm thinking I missed the first hour as I do not remember anything about the ransom note...

i'll watch that documentary when i get a chance. heard a lot of stuff over the years saying the brother did it and when the parents found out they covered it up.

kind of agree with bitewerks in that the explanation is family vs stranger culprit
various blogs have blamed both with family winning the legal argument,
but likely never satisfactorily concluded to conspiracy buffs  satisfaction.

more historic UK abuse.
as someone growing up in these times, was always aware that the 'glitter' ( no pun intended) hid something more unsavoury-even without awareness of these celebrity indiscretions.it  seemed to permeate all of society.
