Anyone pay attention to the 8 year old girl in California that was stabbed to death in her home by 'an intruder' her 12 year old brother saw running out of the house? I figured he did & it was announced yesterday that he has been arrested.

Some vintage:

The sister of one of the Oakland County Child Killer's victims has a blog at http://catherinebroad.wordpress.com/ which has some pretty amazing information proving serious incompetence in the investigation at least, and an outright cover-up at worst - disquieting reading when connections are made with what happened with the 'tax-deductable KP' wealthy/protected abuse ring based on North Fox Island in the 70s.

The case does attract many kooks. On the topix thread about this (on the Jon Benet board) I saw references to how Dennis Cooper may have met some of those involved in Amsterdam in the late 80s when the major players were in exile with changed names. All rather overheated and overimaginative but really fascinating hidden history there. God knows what some of these people would make of this forum.

Hard to imagine the levels of fanatical bravery it took for them to attack the soldier in broad daylight then wait twenty minutes for the armed police response knowing their certain death was coming and give an interview in the meantime. I wish the unedited footage was available to hear what he said in full.

As terrorists go, these guys chose a much more appropriate target than the Boston bombers.

EDIT: both apparently still alive but in hospital. Certain living death coming for them then.
