I'm impressed how well he found a balance between minimalism and ritualism.  Some nicely meditative material here.  I was thinking of both Vasilisk and David Jackman at times; the tribalism and the quasi-organic tones.  Not as clean and rich as Jackman, but it approaches that feel.  Has a little something for those looking for ambient noise, too.

*and dare say, there's a Genocide Organ - Mind Control semblance insofar as the way he uses smart rhythm as structure.  Not sure if this is a good way to point to it, but I think it's obvious when you hear it.

I've listened to the EP and other album now.  Possibly my favorite new artist, all genres considered.  If you want a wide array of variation, don't bother, but he consistently nails what he does.  The s/t album has a slightly more Western religion feel because of the Gregorian-like vocals, but the work remains firmly planted in dark ritualism.  On top of it, "This Haunted World" sounds like Robert Smith on bass with Bauhaus.  I love Aural Hypnox bands, but this guy seems to me to be doing what they hope to achieve.

Kaos Kontrol is now on Bandcamp with most of the back catalogue available for free downloads/streaming:

Some master recordings have turned out to be trickier to find, but we'll try to get a complete discography uploaded sooner or later...
