as posted on troniks board... with no results yet... looking for info on a freak film!

can somebody help me with this? i saw the last few minutes of this in 1998 on some cable channel and its been haunting me ever since.

- it was from the eastern bloc, 70's maybe?? polish?? hungarian??
- it was about an armless man who painted by holding the brush with his feet
- the guy had a beard
- there was no dialog, at least in that mini snippet i managed to catch
- in the very last scene he "flies away" through a window of sorts, through the roof. this scene was "shot backwards" (as in "actually he jumped into the room but by rolling it backwards the flight effect was created") and it was very effective

this is very annoying, and of course i have no clue of this films name. thanks in advanks!!

I'm sure it's the movie "My left Foot". It's the story of Christy Brown. You have to read the book!

but actually the mystery is solved, thanx to eraritjaritjaka on troniks board... its this:

Kilka opowiesci o czlowieku (aka Stories of a Man)
Bogdan Dziworski, 1983

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0833483

part 1 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQxs7lv0wr0
part 2 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7WnkbFT-ps

so it was a mustache, not a beard, 80's not 70's but hell yeah...
