Couldn't find anything on the search page about it so wanted to ask here.

Going to Copenhagen for a few days this year - any good music shops for noise/experimental stuff in central area?

Posh Isolation shop gone, Insula stopped too what was on same street. Percy Music replaced it, but appears to be closed by now? I doubt there are "noise record shops" at all, but places like Insula always had couple items along other types of music.

From what I understand, Rumpsti Pumpsti is located in Copenhagen nowadays. I don't know if he has a physical shop, but it might be worth a try to send an e-mail and ask.

Here is the link: https://www.rumpsti-pumsti.com/

There are no real noise shops, but a few record stores spring to mind. First off, Sex Beat might be worth checking out. Back in the day, when it was called Baden Baden, you could find lots of experimental stuff including industrial/noise. I'm not sure how much they have nowadays, though. As far as I remember the owner has a background in post punk/minimal wave. Mephisto is a metal shop, but might have some non-metal stuff as well. Both new and secondhand records to be found at fair prices. Sound Station is pretty expensive, but worth checking out, especially if you're into post punk and related. I have found a lot of good stuff in Accord in Skindergade too throughout the years, and at good prices. I remember one time, in 1998 or so, when I walked in there, they were playing Ordo Equilibrio in the shop, quite unusual for a non-specialized secondhand record store.

I was going to suggest Baden Baden but was unsure if it still existed. If you got the time I suggest taking the train across (or really under) the water, to Malmö. RundgÄng is a consistently good record store, and Bolero had a bunch of Merzbow vinyls when I was last there the other year. Folk & Rock is a classic record store with a broad selection of music and a coffee shop to boot.
