Anyone here recognize this harsh noise track? Heard on CKUT FM on July 8, 2021

Hello, there
I've recently been browsing the archives of my dad's local radio station (mostly experimental stuff from 2021), and I was drawn to one particular track from the radio show "Chaud Pour Le Mont Stone" which was played on the 8th of July 2021. It seems to be some sort of middle eastern harsh noise/drone/power electronics work that's either quite recent, or as old as the 90s.

So can anyone help me figure this one out? It's been driving me insane and I don't even know where to begin looking for a track like this. It could've been from Bandcamp, two of the songs I was able to identify came from there.

I've definitely emailed the station and they haven't responded. Really hoping someone here recognizes this, I'm absolutely desperate to hear a higher quality version. It's such a chaotic and angry piece of power electronics.
